Outstation students should arrive in their respective campuses much earlier before the semester/term begins so that they can make the necessary arrangements for their accommodation.

Students are advised that it is to their advantage to enter into a tenancy agreement with the landlord. It is important that the terms and conditions of the contract should be clearly stipulated so as to avoid any misunderstandings. Copies of "Guidelines on Tenancy Agreements" and "Sample Tenancy Agreements" are available at the respective Campuses' Student Affairs Office upon request

Information on rooms availability is regularly disseminated on notice boards maintained by the Student Affairs Office.

The College advertises in local newspapers before the commencement of the First Semester to invite house owners to contact the Student Affairs Office if they have any rooms/houses to let.
